6:30pm. The parade will begin at the Starboard, Dewey Beach, and move south along Route 1. This will be a special tribute to our first responders and military. Come enjoy the fun while viewing these magnificent animals. For the parade, the horses and their team will be strutting their stuff through town beginning at 5pm, when they will stage at Saulsbury Street. Pre-party will be held at the Starboard and a post-party will be held at the end of the parade line on Van Dyke St.
