AIDS Delaware and the Delaware HIV Consortium will jointly present AIDS Walk Delaware, an in-person event with walkers stepping off at 10am, Saturday, Sept. 16, at Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach. Check-in begins at 9am. This year’s walk celebrates and honors some of the community members who have been fighting the battle against HIV and AIDS since the first case was diagnosed in Delaware in 1981.

This year’s AIDS Walk Delaware theme, Reignite the Community: Test, Treat, Prevent, Respond. To register, donate and collect donations, walkers and those who simply want to fundraise without attending in person may go to AIDSWalk-Delaware.org.  Walk is free.
