THE VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION will host its 16th annual St. Nicholas Tea and Sleigh Boutique Friday-Sunday, Nov. 4-6, at the VIA clubhouse, 410 N. Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach. Tickets are $30 and are available along with more information at www.rehobothbeachvia.org under Events or 302 227 1631. Guests can enjoy delicious food, boutique shopping and gift baskets.
