Cooley's Anemia (Thalassemia) Awareness Walk and Symposium

11:00am, St. Edmond Education Center, King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach. What is Cooley’s Anemia? Whom does it affect? What are the symptoms? What research has been done? What has been the level of success? What remains to be done? What can “WE” do? These are questions of concern and to be asked……..among others. ATTEND THE “AWARENESS SYMPOSIUM”  Main Speaker – “ Lecture and Q&A” directed by Steven Stanzione, MD – Emeritus, Hematology and Oncology, Atlantic Health System, Summit, NJ  – Assistant Professor of Medicine, Columbia University, NY, NY  – A representative from the National Thalassemia Foundation will also be present to discuss the research being done and the implementation of our donations; –
