RBFS presents "Rustin"

4 pm on Sun (Feb 4), and 6 pm on Thu (Feb 8),  Cinema Art Theater, 17701 Dartmouth Drive in Dartmouth Plaza, behind the Lewes Wawa.

Rustin is an inspiring drama about a civil rights hero. The architect of 1963's momentous March on Washington, Bayard Rustin was one of the greatest activists and organizers the world has ever known. He challenged authority, never apologized for who he was, what he believed, or who he desired.

The mission of the RBFS is promoting cinematic arts and providing education and cultural enrichment for our community. The Film Society sponsors daily screenings, mini film festivals, special events, and the Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival. Having met all the requirements for best practices in nonprofit management, the Rehoboth Beach Film Society is accredited by the Standards for Excellence Institute®. The Film Society is funded, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on www.DelawareScene.com .
