Tour patrons will be picked up by the Delaware Launch Service at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal, cruise past the Delaware Breakwater East End Lighthouse for pictures, then on to Harbor of Refuge for a one-hour guided tour of the lighthouse.
