Inspired by the musical electicism of Andrea Clearfield's Philadelphia "Salon" concerts and motivated by a desire to find joy in different modes of musical expression, "Celtic to Classical" is entering its third year producing summer concerts in Southern Delaware. Violins, cellos, piano, bass, flute and percussion bring to life folk music, Bluegrass, Dvorak, Bartok and Baroque, including original arrangements and compositions by producer Sheridan Seyfried.
This performance will present Songs and Dances (featuring cellist Jonah Kim). Finding the song and dance at the heart of a variety of music. Bach, Bartok, a brand-new original piece composed for Jonah, a Celtic medley and more!
