2-7pm, Saturday, and 2-5pm, Sunday, Delaware Coastal Airport, Georgetown. The festival will feature hot-air balloon rides, tethered balloon rides, a balloon to walk around, entertainment, crafts, a kids area and food vendors.  Those wanting to purchase a hot air balloon ride can register at balloonsoversussex.com.
