The idea of the evening was born from owner Billy Lucas’ travels in Thailand with a particular interest in the night markets that are held there. A night market is historically a carnival like atmosphere, welcoming locals and nomads to share their craft and sell their merchandise under a retro array of lights, colored tents and the moon. The experience itself is what the truck aims to parallel - far away from Asia.

The market is meant to be all encompassing, showcasing a variety of different artistic outlets. To
