Lewes Fire Department Inc. will host its second annual open house from 4:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21, at Station 2, 32198 Janice Road, Lewes. 

There will be children’s activities, equipment display, live fire and vehicle extrications demonstrations, a smoke house and a drone station. The LFD Auxiliary will provide all children with a take-home cookie-decorating kit with a fire-themed sugar cookie. For dinner purchases, food trucks Old Shoal, Fat Vinny’s and Cucina Veloce will be on site.
