The Village Improvement Association will hold its 17th annual St. Nicholas Tea and Sleigh Boutique. Tickets to this ever-popular event will be available to the public starting Sunday, Sept. 10, at a cost of $35 each. To purchase tickets, go to the events section at rehobothbeachvia.org.
