5:30pm and 6:30pm classes, Hyatt Place, 1301 Coastal Highway, Dewey Beach.  Join us for our annual Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition fundraiser. All money raised from the event will be donated to the non-profit. We will also be selling Pink Salt shirts to add to the donation to the organization.
Salt Cycle is a Strong, Sweat-drenched, Calorie torching, Work to your edge, riding to the rhythm with choreography. A high-energy full-body workout and mind-releasing experience on a bike. Get ready to be motivated! All levels welcome. We will do push ups, get out of the saddle, seated sprints, standing sprints, and heavy climbs. We weave high intensity intervals into the workout as well. We do not use metrics on bikes. Shoe rental NOT available.
