The Rehoboth Beach Museum will be open for extended hours: 10 a.m.—5 p.m. to celebrate the holidays. Whatever your holiday plans include, don’t miss visiting the Museum for a full day of activities for the whole family.
Activities include our education assistant working with children to create their own Victorian ornaments from 10:30 to 12:30 p.m. From 1—2 p.m. Paula Roberts is back to lead a guided tour of the museum. At 2:30 p.m., the authors of the museum’s own book, Greetings from Rehoboth Beach, present a special program on vintage holiday postcards.Space may be limited for the tour and program so go to our website and register.
Enjoy cookies and refreshments throughout the day. Check out the museum’s newest exhibit—Delaware Beach Life magazine’s annual photography contest winners. Explore our museum shop for gift ideas—free gift wrapping will be available. Plenty of signed copies of the museum’s first book, Greetings from Rehoboth Beach, will be available.
Just before we close, we will be drawing the raffle winner of the two-night stay at the Dewey Hyatt Place Hotel. For more information about the raffle go to the Museum’s website www.rehobothbeachmuseum.org where you can also purchase tickets.
