4:30 to 7:30 p.m., Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, 229 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. The Rehoboth Beach Main Street team is proud to introduce the 2023 Citizen of the Year, Carol Everhart. All are invited to come and celebrate with her at this year's 29th Annual Community Unity Dinner. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door for an all-you-can-eat pasta dinner complete with rolls, salad, desserts, nonalcoholic beverages and ice cream bar. Guests can pay an additional $5 for unlimited wine and Dogfish Head beer. Entertainment includes a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with entertainment by the Sussex Dance Academy dancers and the Cape Jazz Band.
