This event honors nominees, athletes of Italian American heritage, who display the outstanding character exemplified by the legendary Louis Brian Piccolo, a running back for the Chicago Bears in the late 60's. Nominees will be selected from Sussex County High Schools. The winner will earn a $1000.00 donation for his/her athletic department, and will be announced after a luncheon, a raffle and presentation of gifts.
