The Nanticoke Indian Tribe will host its Native American Day Celebration from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6, on the grounds of the Nanticoke Indian Museum at 26673 John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro. Attractions include Native American storytelling, face painting, dancing and music. Food vendors will offer traditional Native American foods, and craftspeople will display and sell their wares. Honoring Our Dancers is this year’s theme. Guest speaker will be Keith Colston (Tuscarora-Lumbee). Native American Day honors the cultural contributions of Native American communities to the state’s history, as well as to the country.

Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
