•Meter rates are $3.00 per hour-Rehoboth Avenue, from the Boardwalk to Fourth Street: Baltimore and Wilmington Avenues, from the Boardwalk to Second Street: First Street, from Baltimore to Wilmington Avenues. On Rehoboth Avenue from Fourth Street to Canal Street, the meters will be $2 an hour. Meters are payable by quarters, by credit card, or via Parkmobile or call 877-727-5758. To use the Parkmobile system, customers may pre-register or register on site for FREE at www.parkmobile.com. Once registered, customers can use a mobile app, the Internet, or call toll-free, 1-877-727-5758 to pay for parking. After setting up the account, customers can immediately start using system with their registered mobile phone. Customers can also select the option to receive text message alerts and reminders.

Rehoboth Convention Center Parking Permit
Please do not park in driveways, across sidewalks, at yellow curbs or in any yellow areas. Do not allow your vehicle to cross any part of the yellow line. These regulations are enforced and violators will have their vehicles towed or impounded.
Parking Permits: In the non-metered areas within city limits, a parking permit is required daily from 10AM-5PM the Friday before Memorial Day until the second Sunday following Labor Day. Labor Day. The permit fees are:

The City of Rehoboth Beach has two spaces available for year-round bus parking in the east parking lot.
Bus Permit East Lot (8 a.m.-Midnight) $250
Bus Permit East Lot (Midnight-8 a.m.) $100
No buses are permitted on the street for parking purposes and buses may not be left running while parked in the required parking location. Buses parked on the street or left running will be fined.
Loading or unloading may be done at the municipal parking lot or at the end of Rehoboth Avenue in front of the public restrooms, NOT AT THE BOARDWALK.
SCOOTER PARKING PERMIT REQUIRED DAILY IN ALL NON-METERED AREAS WITHIN THE CITY- FRIDAY BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY. PERMITS ARE IN EFFECT TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS PER DAY. Scooters and Mopeds may not park in bicycle racks, on the Boardwalk or on sidewalks in Rehoboth Beach.
Parking Permits are available for sale at the following locations
- Parking Meter Division - 30 1/2 Lake Ave (Behind City Hall)*
- Permits are available for purchase at check in time at several local Real Estate Offices.
- Rehoboth Avenue coming into town after crossing the draw bridge. These "stations" are identified by blue umbrellas and attendants wearing bright yellow vests. Attendants sell all passes that the city offers and take cash, as well as checks, but no debit cards. The attendants are at their stations from 8:20am until 3:15pm.
- Bayard Avenue coming into town after crossing over Silver Lake.
*Scooter permits are available ONLY from the Parking Department located at 30 1/2 Lake Avenue behind City Hall.
NOTE: Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center (501 Rehoboth Avenue) will sell vehicle parking permits only.
Parking Tickets: RB parking tickets are stuffed into bright yellow envelopes like this one.If you receive a parking ticket, you can pay the fine 1) at the Parking Meter Division, 30 Lake Avenue, (behind City Hall). You may also 2) mail it in the envelope to City of Rehoboth Beach, P.O. Box C, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, or 3) pay it online. You can find a full list of parking information on the City of Rehoboth Beach web site.
Where Can I Get Change for Parking Meters?
Change for parking meters can be found at several locations. You can make change at the quarter kiosk on Rehoboth Avenue next to the Fire Station, or Rehoboth Avenue & First street next to the comfort station, or at the Parking Meter Department at 30 Lake Avenue (behind City Hall). Also, there are two change machines located on Rehoboth Ave. in the center medians. One is at First St. next to the public restrooms and the second is at Second Street.

Comfort Stations & First Aid:A first aid facility is located at the Beach Patrol Headquarters at Baltimore Avenue and the Boardwalk (302-227-2280). It is staffed with a full time person skilled in first aid and with radio contact to ambulance and fire department services. Public restrooms are located at Delaware Avenue and the Boardwalk, Rehoboth Avenue and First Street, and Baltimore Avenue and the Boardwalk.
Wheelchairs & Beach Access: Ramps to the beach are available at Maryland Avenue, Philadelphia Street and the Boardwalk and Surf Avenue and the Boardwalk. "Beach Wheels" wheelchairs are available 9am-5pm each day through Labor Day. They are at Maryland Avenue and the Boardwalk and Laurel Avenue and the Boardwalk. They are located on the beach and cannot be removed from the beach. First come, first served basis, no rental fee. Parking spaces are provided for the handicapped throughout the City. Beach Umbrellas & Chairs: Beach umbrellas and chairs may be rented on the beach from one of the Blue and White huts. This is a private vendor. Umbrellas and beach chairs may be rented by the day or per week. These items will be available through September (weather permitting). Grand Rental Station, a local business, also rents beach essentials. Find them at: www.227rent.com.
ATM Machines: While there are several ATM's located throughtout Rehoboth Beach, there are only two on the boardwalk. One is under The Green Turtle Restaurant and another is located outside of Grotto Pizza South near Surf Street.
Recycling Center: Behind the City & Police offices on Rehoboth Avenue.
Laundromats: Although no one wants to think of having to do laundry during a vacation, "stuff" happens. There are two facilities in the Rehoboth area-a coin laundromat next to Royal Farms near the traffic circle at the entrance to town and one on Coastal Highway in the shopping area near Midway Speedway and the Midway Movies.
Park n' Ride: Resort Transit & Beach Bus Services
Resort Transit provides bus service from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September 7-days a week from 7 AM to 1 AM on most routes. Serves the areas of Lewes, Long Neck, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, South Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City, MD. All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts, bike racks and are air-conditioned. The Resort Transit Park & Ride lot is located on Shuttle Rd., just off Route 1, north of Rehoboth Avenue. There is an $8.00 fee to park and everyone in the vehicle receives a FREE Daily Pass. Overnight parking is not permitted.
The Beach Bus operates from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend on Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. It provides service from Wilmington, DE to Rehoboth Beach, with stops at Christiana Mall, Smyrna Rest Stop, Scarborough Road Park & Ride in Dover and Super Wal-Mart in Milford. The last stop is the Resort Transit Park & Ride lot where you can connect with the Resort Transit bus service.
