Attendees can bring chairs, blankets, picnics and their favorite kites. Presented by Bill Warrell’s newly established Federal Street Arts Project and the Town of Milton, the event will be set to a soundtrack of new music from WOWD LP Radio. A live concert at 3 p.m. will spotlight Janel Leppin’s Ensemble Volcanic Ash septet performing her exciting compositions.
