1-4pm, downtown Rehoboth Beach. At least 30 downtown establishments will offer bite-sized chocolate surprises. Ticket holders can taste their way through town while sampling candy, baked goods, beverages and other chocolate delights before voting for their favorites.The Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival is hosted by the Harry K Foundation.
