The City of Rehoboth Beach has banned smoking on the beach and boardwalk. There are designated areas for smokers. Visitors should also be aware of the changed Nuisance-noise Law in effect.

A Possum Point Players production at Possum Hall, 441 Old Laurel Road, Georgetown. It's 1962 in Baltimore, and the lovable plus-size teen Tracy Turnblad has only one desire -- to dance on the popular Corny Collins Show. Sponsored by All Saints Episcopal Church. Public invited to Gala Preview Party, October 8-6:00pm to 8:00pm. Donation $30 per person which includes daily $1 admission.
