The City of Rehoboth Beach smoking ban will go into effect on May 15, 2014.

Cruisin’ Exhibit is open at the Rehoboth Beach Museum  Cruisin’ is an exhibit hosted by the Rehoboth Beach Museum that celebrates the historical perspective and joy of playing with toys on wheels. The Museum’s summer hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The museum is located at 511 Rehoboth Avenue. Admission is by donation. Tuesday, July 29:  Dolphin Watch, 9:30-10:30am, Cape Henlopen State Park Seaside Nature Center, Lewes. Search for bottle-nosed dolphins from the shore overlook. For ages 7 and older with a paying adult. $2. Call to register, 302-645-2733.
Tuesday, July 29:  Hayrides on the Beach, 5-6pm, Cape Henlopen State Park Campground, Lewes. Tickets go on sale at the Seaside Nature enter Tuesday morning. For ages 5 and up with a paying adult $5. 302-645-6852.
Wednesday, July 30:  Bonfire on the Beach, 7:30-11:00pm, on the beach at Dagsworthy Street. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, marshmallows for roasting. Free. Held weather permitting.
Thursday, July 31:  Cinema by the Canal-"E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial"  The 2014 Cinema by the Canal summer outdoor film series continues with “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial” (2012 restored 30th anniversary edition) at the Lewes Canalfront Park, 211 Front Street. The film will begin at dusk (8:15 - 8:30 pm). Admission is free. Please bring chairs or blankets and come enjoy a unique and fun family outdoor film experience. For more information, please visit
